REFUND POLICY

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Pendants may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
