By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Distinto is a UK-based independent jewellery brand offering handcrafted statement jewellery in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All pieces are handcrafted and may contain slight variations in colour, finish, or detailing. These small differences are part of the unique nature of handmade jewellery.

Product images are displayed as accurately as possible, however colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Most of Distinto pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited quantities.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Distinto reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

UK Standard Delivery: Free (4–5 working days)

UK Tracked Delivery: £4.25 via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (2–3 working days)

International Delivery: Flat rate £20 worldwide

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Pendants may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

6. Bespoke Orders

Bespoke and custom-made jewellery is non-refundable once work has begun.

Distinto will work closely with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction before completion.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, text, and content on this website are the property of Distinto and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

8. Liability

Distinto is not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improper handling or storage

Allergic reactions to materials or metal components

Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions carefully before purchase.
